In the heart of the Apennines rises the Grande Yurta, a cosy dwelling surrounded by six walls extending over about 36 square metres of space. This charming accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, each of whom can enjoy a single bed. The atmosphere is unique: an alternative to urban Milanese life, born in 2014 from the hard realisation of an idea cultivated for years. Although Mongolia has yet to be discovered, here in the Apennines, immersed in a six-hectare natural paradise overlooking the Ghirardi Regional Oasis, guests are bound to find regeneration, relaxation and a profound sense of wellbeing.

The farm, which is certified organic, is a concentrate of biodiversity. Its activities take place amidst generous vegetable gardens, pretty orchards and a lavender field that yields precious essential oil. Most of the vegetables offered to visitors come from the large vegetable garden, while the harvesting of small fruits, from currants to blackberries, results in delicious jams, jellies and liqueurs that represent the authentic fruit of the earth. In harmony with nature, the farm raises animals such as cows, pigs, rabbits, chickens, goats, mules and horses, following strictly natural practices. The family of animals is enriched by the presence of dogs and cats that share the managers' daily routine.

La Grande Yurta is not just an overnight stay, but an all-round experience. In addition to cosy rooms and single beds, the experience also includes breakfast included in the price, carefully prepared and tastefully served. However, the services do not stop there. You can experience the surrounding nature to the full. Hiking, trekking and birdwatching are just some of the activities visitors can undertake to explore the unspoilt environment.
